We wanted to record our journey as we learn how to incorporate Domestic Discipline into our lives. I am a wife who has been Taken-in-Hand by her husband. I am loved and cherished by him. I am his little china doll and he is mine forever.

Great news
I know I know.
2 posts back to back but I have GREAT NEWS!
We have had an offer on our house up north!
Pray Pray Pray it is an offer we can afford to accept. I would love to start shopping for our forever house!
Thanks Julia. I just got a call from my agent. The people want to rent the house for a while. They are just moving to the area and banks don't like to approve a loan when you have had a job for less than 6 months. I am going to talk to Dragon when he gets home. I hope it works out. If we can get the house rented until it can be sold that will help. We may even have Christmas money.
Well that is not as good, but I still hope it works out for you guys! We have been stuck in a house before, and what finally worked was getting a different Realtor who knew how to stage things...:D
Excellent! That's a great start. Renters are way better than an empty house. As the market improves hopefully your eventual buyers will be able to pay exactly what you need.
It's a good start. Be sure to get a good contract. If the banks with all their resources are not trusting enough, why should you. But Christmas money sounds good.
That is fantastic! Positive thoughts coming your way!
