Several months ago Dragon started giving me a few swats with the belt every morning. Not hard enough to hurt. Just a few to start the day off right.
After his breakfast and before he put on his belt. He lifted the hem of my gown and a swung the belt gently. No pain.
By my mighty K9 protector decided that those swats were a bad thing. My mighty guard dog wouldn't let Dragon close to me. Soon I had two dogs standing guard every morning.
They are happy now. No more morning swats but I sure do miss them.
Your protectors - that's terrific.
ReplyDeleteThey don't growl or act aggressive at all. They just stand there. At 160 and 180 lbs that is all they need to do. Love my pups but they need to let me have fun.
DeleteLOL Rose...maybe you need to leave your pups in the kitchen while you and Dragon retire to the bedroom for a few minutes for your morning swats. ;)

Pfft my dumb dog couldn't care less. Oh unless Barney tries to hug or kiss me, she doesn't like that!
ReplyDeleteHey Rose...haven't heard from you and just realized you haven't posted anything for a few months. Can't find your email address so am contacting you here. Are you, Dragon and your kiddos okay? I know this time of year is hard on Dragon...is there anything I can do for you? Sending prayers and healing energy.

Life went off the deep end. PTSD took a dip I never expected. Dragon eventually bounced back. I've had a harder time but. I'M BACK!
DeleteHi Rose,
ReplyDeleteMiss your posts, hope all is well with you and your family. A longtime lurker.
