We wanted to record our journey as we learn how to incorporate Domestic Discipline into our lives. I am a wife who has been Taken-in-Hand by her husband. I am loved and cherished by him. I am his little china doll and he is mine forever.

Unexpected Benefits
We were having a little play session in the garage. Just a short one to de-stress before the new week begins. Dragon moved me from his lap over to the motorcycle. He placed my hands on the seat and moved my feet back a step. After a few swats I started getting tired, so I shifted just a little. I rested my head on the seat and stretched my arms out over my head. Very comfortable position. ***** Well... It is comfortable now. A month ago there is no way I could have done that. ******* Happy me! My hard work is starting to pay off. I am 4 weeks into P90X and I am already seeing results. Still very tired all the time, no energy but I am stronger, more stable and more flexible. I'll take what I can get.
Sorry for the format of my posts and the short length. My only Internet access right now is my phone. I don't know how to do paragraph breaks with it. I am trying here.
ReplyDeletePs. I don't talk text.
Sounds like the program is working very well for you.
ReplyDeleteNot a problem with the short posts, it is just good to hear that things are going well.
The transmission is shot on the truck. Stress is high while we try to figure out where the money is going to come from to fix it. But we can both find interesting ways to cope. Dragon can't ride the motorcycle without seeing me leaning over the seat. Not sure I like him distracted while riding but I love what the distraction is.
DeleteHey Rose...so happy you and Dragon found time to play a bit and 'go you' on sticking with you P90X. Keep up the good work.
ReplyDeleteHugs and Blessings,
Cat
It is going great. I held warrior 3 for the first time this week. One day at a time. I try to focus on what I can do and not what I can't.
DeleteIt's so nice to be surprised by how comfortable all sorts of things are when we're fitter! Congrats!
ReplyDeleteIt was very nice. My back was nice and flat. It was a comfortable position. I haven't been able to do that in years.
DeleteMy legs were comfortable but my bottom was on fire
You're doing awesome!!!
ReplyDeleteDon't fret about the posts length and/grammar, it's just fine!!!
The lack of paragraph breaks bugs me the most. I have learned to hate auto correct. Let's just say that with the language I use in blog land, Facebook gets interesting. Oops
